Business Development RepresentativeWe are looking for several enthusiastic Business Development Representatives to source business opportunities for Flourish. You’ll be directly responsible for outbound business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer facing experience. We expect you to be a reliable professional, with exceptional interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a self-directed manner and remotely is key.
Our goal is to identify opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships.
- Prospect and qualify new leads
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss their needs
- Set up online or in person demos. Potentially conduct them.
- Represent Flourish at trade shows and industry meetings
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and process
- Hubspot sales platform is a plus
- Cannabis industry knowledge is a plus
