Software Support Engineer
We are looking for a software engineer to help with front line technical support at Flourish. When you aren't supporting our customers, we have plenty of software development work to dive into.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and customer service experience. We expect you to be a reliable professional, with exceptional interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a self-directed manner is key.
- Great communicator
- Technical troubleshooting
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience with APIs
- Preferred experience with: Angular, GO, Python
- Providing technical support to customers
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs or technical issues
- Label design & configuration
- Technical support for implementations
