We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in QA and a strong understanding of Selenium scripting. The individual should be able to work during US time zones and be comfortable with routine check-ins or stand-ups with the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Review product and engineering specifications
• Design and implement QA processes from scratch
• Utilize Selenium for automated and manual testing, including end-to-end and API testing
• Experience with Postman-based API testing is a plus
• Utilize Atlassian products for tracking and reporting
• Experience with Docker and containerized Selenium testing is a plus
• Experience with Git and CI/CD
• Review and understand tickets, and ask questions as needed
• Interact with and interface with engineers
• Design test evaluation, coverage, and completion frameworks
• Report on QA failures or regressions in clear and concise ways

Skill Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant QA experience
• Strong understanding of Selenium scripting
• Experience creating QA processes from scratch
• Experience with CI/CD
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence)
• Able to work during US time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience with Java, XML, JavaScript, and shell scripting
• Experience with load testing
• Experience using Tricentis’s QA platform

Salary Range

$85 - $115K depending on experience
