Sep 16, 2019 - METRC Enhancements for California users

You can now track product weights as Eaches and Flourish will automatically report this as "weight" to METRC as its state-mandated equivalent. This features gives you a better idea of individual units on hand, rather than the bulk weight of an entire item.

Record Weights in Eaches

You now have the ability to track items in Flourish as Eaches, even though METRC only allows you to track in full weight.

Example, if an item is an eighth of cannabis and you have 5 Eaches, Flourish will report to Metrc that you have 17.5 grams of that item on hand.

To access this feature, the Item needs to be specified as a Category that is currently mapped to a METRC Category tracked by weight.

If you need any help setting up items or configuring your setting please contact us and we'll be glad to help you out.

Cannabis packages that come into your facility from another location via Transfer are now easily viewable via the Internal and External filters in Settings. For example, a Manufacturer that purchases Bulk Flower from a Cultivator will see their Package ID of Bulk Flower as an External item. The Manufacturer’s Bulk Distillate made from the Bulk Flower will be coded as Internal.
