Tired of being greeted by screens you rarely use when logging in? Let’s cut down on those unnecessary clicks! Flourish allows you to set a default homepage, so you're always presented with exactly what you need.

Steps:

• Navigate to the top right of the app and click on your name.
• Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
• Choose your default facility and homepage.
  
• Save your settings to streamline future logins.
  

2. Master the Art of Bulk Actions

Ever found yourself drowning in a sea of packages, wishing you could just move them all at once? Say no more! Flourish's Bulk Actions feature is here to rescue you.

Whether you’re relocating packages from one room to another, adding them to a run, or holding them for quarantine, you don’t have to do it individually. With Bulk Actions, you can manage multiple packages simultaneously.

And it gets even better—you can scan package tags rather than manually searching for them. Just head over to the inventory module, look for the green "Bulk Actions" button, and click it. Voilà! You'll see a menu with all the bulk actions you can perform. Efficiency at its finest!

3. Customize Your Views Like a Pro

Tired of sorting through unnecessary columns or reapplying filters? Take control by customizing your views! Flourish lets you create custom views in the inventory grid, tailored to show the exact information you need.

Steps:

• Go to the inventory section.
• Use the grid icon to toggle columns on and off.
• Apply filters to focus on what’s important.
• Save your custom view by clicking the views icon in the top right.

4. Simplify Data Entry with Package Attributes

Save time and eliminate redundant data entry with Flourish’s Package Attributes feature. You can configure packages to inherit attributes like use-by dates, lot numbers, or serving sizes from parent packages. Plus, you can use up to three custom reference fields per package, ensuring notes carry over to child packages. 

Steps:

• Go to Settings > Configurations.
• Scroll to the bottom and toggle on the inheritance options.
• Use custom reference fields to add notes that carry over to child package
  

5. Tailor Inventory Visibility for Sales Reps

Want your sales reps to see only available items or manage pre-orders? Flourish gives you full control over inventory visibility. By default, Flourish shows all sellable items in the outbound module, but you can change this to display only items with available quantities. If you accept backorders, you can configure the settings accordingly.

Steps:

• Go to Settings > Configurations.
• In the Outbound section, toggle "Show items with available qty only."
• Adjust settings if you accept backorders.
• Save your changes to customize inventory visibility scroll
