We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to spearhead our market expansion efforts in New York and the Northeast.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced B2B software salesperson to own our Northeast territory and help us add $10M+ ARR over the next few years. You'll be selling to business owners who need our software to stay compliant and operate efficiently.
What You'll Sell:
- Complex, critical software requiring consultative selling
- High switching costs = strong customer retention
- Clear ROI through compliance and efficiency gains
What We are Looking For
Required Experience:
- 5+ years selling B2B software solutions
- Proven track record with $1K+ ACV deals
- Experience with 3-6 month sales cycles
- History of $1M+ annual quota achievement
- Comfortable with technical product demonstrations
Sales Skills We Need:
- Consultative selling methodology
- Discovery and qualification expertise
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decisions
- Experience competing against established vendors
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
Industry Fit:
- Experience selling to the cannabis industry is preferred
- Comfortable working with emerging/growing markets
- Understanding of compliance-driven software needs
What Success Looks Like
- 90 Days: Build pipeline of $500k+ opportunities, close 2+ deals
- Year 1: Generate $85K+ monthly recurring revenue
- Ongoing: Maintain 40%+ win rate on qualified opportunities

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000-$105,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission: 10% of ARR for new business
- OTE: $180,000-210,000 first year
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision, Simple IRA, Flexible PTO
- Equity: Stock options
- Travel: Quarterly team meetings, occasional customer visits
