We are looking for a dynamic Market Expansion Lead to join our team. This role combines sales, client success, and support to drive the growth of our client base and revenue in the New York and New Jersey regions. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about the cannabis industry, embody our company culture, and have a strong desire to engage with clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market expansion strategy for New York and New Jersey.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
- Drive sales efforts to capture new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Provide exceptional client support and success management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Flourish Software at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and share market insights.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Skill Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or client success within the software as a service industry.
- Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and passion for its growth and success.
- Ability to master Flourish's software capabilities to consult with operators and drive success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
- Willingness to travel within New York and New Jersey for client meetings and events.
- Based in New York City.
Nice to Have
- Familiar with using a CRM, ideally HubSpot, to track and manage customer relationships and sales efforts
- Direct operating experience in the industry, especially with an ERP or similar supply chain software

Salary Range
- US Based Candidates: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Opportunity for commission on top of a base salary.
