What’s the opportunity?
We’re seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the Director of Marketing in executing content and email marketing strategies. This role focuses on creating compelling blog content, managing email campaigns, and nurturing leads through HubSpot. If you have a knack for writing an engaging copy, a strong understanding of content marketing, and expertise in email campaign management, this role is for you.
This position is remote, but US-based candidates working in Mountain or Pacific time are preferred. Previous experience in the cannabis industry or SaaS marketing is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute email campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring they align with brand messaging and goals.
- Build and manage workflows, sequences, and templates for nurturing and segmenting leads.
- Regularly clean and organize email lists to improve deliverability and engagement.
- Develop email copy that drives customer engagement and supports business objectives.
- Manage HubSpot tools, including forms, landing pages, and workflows, to streamline marketing automation.
- Use HubSpot analytics to track email performance and report insights to the Director of Marketing.
- Ensure all contact and email data is accurate and up to date for effective campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., graphic design, video production, HubSpot administrators) to support campaigns.
- Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts aligned with the content calendar and overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop content that highlights Flourish Software’s unique value propositions.
- Update and maintain website content to ensure it reflects current offerings and resonates with the target audience.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience, focusing on content creation and email marketing, preferably in SaaS or the cannabis industry.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling blog content and email copy.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize blog content for search engines.
- Experience with cleaning and segmenting email lists to maximize engagement.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative where needed: Provide solutions, not just the problems.

Salary Range
- US Based Candidates: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Candidates outside the US: Compensation will be adjusted according to local market rates.
