No. BioTrack operates as a web-based system, accessible exclusively through an API. Your Flourish instance only requires an internet connection and a web browser. You don't need to download, install, or maintain any software nor purchase any additional hardware. You will have a wide choice of printers, as documented on our Supported Hardware page.
