Bureau of Cannabis Control
Housed within the Department of Consumer Affairs, the bureau licenses testing labs, distributors, dispensaries and micro businesses.
Department of Food and Agriculture
Manufactured Cannabis Safety Branch (MCSB)
Housed within the Department of Public Health, MCSB licenses manufacturers of cannabis products.
